Ulvön is situated 60 kms north of Gothenburg, 20 kms south of Uddevalla. It is less than 3 kms from highway E6.

With car:

Exit higway E6 at exit no 93, Ljungskilemotet.

Head west towards Ulvesund, approximately 2.5 kms.

 

In Ulvesund, turn left at the green house "Växthuset". There are signs to Ulvön Parking and a hostel sign.

After 500m you arrive to Ulvesund Marina. Park your car inside the fence on the right hand arriving to the marina. Herefrom it is about 600m walk over to Ulvön.

Without car:

There are buses and trains to the Ljungskile Station from Gothenburg or Uddevalla-Strömstad. From Ljungskile station (or from Uddevalla) bus 822 to Ulvesund. From the stop it is 1km walk to the island.

 

We try to keep Ulvön quiet and therefore free from cars. It is a couple of 100 meters walk (uphill at the end) to the reception. If you have a lot of luggage, give us a call and we will help you.
